Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Gathmo you agree to these Terms. If you are using Gathmo on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Description of service
Gathmo provides an event-media platform that enables hosts to collect photos, videos, and voice messages from event guests via QR codes, and to manage the resulting media in a private album.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you and your guests upload. By uploading, you grant Gathmo a limited licence to store, process, and display the content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from guests.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not use Gathmo to upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; to violate privacy rights; to circumvent access controls; or to conduct automated scraping or bulk data extraction.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gathmo's liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
